Using the service

By using Clario, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not interfere with other users, the product, or the underlying systems that support it.

You are responsible for the files, notes, prompts, recordings, and other content you upload or create through your account.

Section

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your credentials and contact support as soon as possible.

Section

Acceptable use

You may not use Clario to break the law, violate another person's rights, upload malicious content, abuse AI features, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe use of the service creates risk for other users, our systems, or our partners.

Section

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Clario. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, organize, and transform that content so the product can work.

That limited license exists only for operating and improving the service and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Section

AI-generated output

Clario may generate summaries, answers, quizzes, flashcards, or other AI-assisted output. Those outputs can be useful, but they may still be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before you rely on them for important decisions.

Section

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service over time. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or stay exactly the same.

Section

Disclaimers and limits

Clario is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
