Rules for using Claro

By using Claro, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not interfere with other users, the product, or the underlying systems that support it.

You are responsible for the files, notes, prompts, recordings, and other content you upload or create through your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your credentials and contact support as soon as possible.

You may not use Claro to break the law, violate another person's rights, upload malicious content, abuse AI features, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

You may not use automated means (bots, scripts, or scrapers) to access the service beyond what the product itself supports, or use the service in a way that consumes a disproportionate amount of system resources, as determined by us.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe use of the service creates risk for other users, our systems, or our partners.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Claro. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, organize, and transform that content so the product can work.

That limited license exists only for operating and improving the service and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Claro can record and transcribe audio, including meetings and lectures that include other people. You are solely responsible for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply to you, including notifying and obtaining consent from participants where required.

Claro provides the recording and transcription tools, but does not determine whether your use of them is lawful in your jurisdiction or context.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Our refund terms — including the 14-day first-purchase window and usage conditions — are described in the Subscription policy, which forms part of these terms.

Claro may generate summaries, answers, quizzes, flashcards, or other AI-assisted output. Those outputs can be useful, but they may still be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before you rely on them for important decisions.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service over time. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or stay exactly the same.

Claro is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
